Click Commerce’s eResearch Portal uses Click Commerce SmartForms™ to enable creation of lay descriptions with key words for web searches. Via links on your current website, prospects are instantly redirected to a new eResearch Portal page that is fully adapted to your institution’s look and feel. The new page allows prospects to browse research opportunities or enter search terms, department names, or a specific disease term. Every study description provides the prospect with the study title, lay summary, consent form, Principal Investigator biosketch, HIPAA disclosures, and criteria for inclusion.
Automate Submission, Routing, Dispositioning
Electronic responses from prospects are securely managed by the system, revealed only to authorized study coordinators responsible for screening potential trial enrollees. An automatic e-mail notification alerts the coordinator that an enquiry has been submitted. The enquiry form provides the PI with contact information and an indication of whether the prospect would like to be included in a database for possible future studies. After review, each enquiry can be tagged by a study coordinator or clinical research nurse as to suitability for recruitment. The system enables logging of all call activity with the prospect.
