Target Audience
- Project Leader — Responsible for leading the configuration and deployment project. This person is typically responsible for needs and requirements specification, budget, schedule, planning, business and technical decisions. This person may also be responsible for the configuring, testing, and managing deployment.
- Business Process Analyst — Responsible for identifying and documenting business process and needs. These people help design site roles, workflows, security policies, and the responsibilities required for each role. They are also responsible for designing forms to capture and present data, as well as analyzing site content and defining documents related to workflow configuration.
- Developer – Responsible for writing scripts and business logic to support workflow configuration.

- Introduction to Process Automation with Extranet Process Manager
- Other
- In addition to Click Commerce classes, it is helpful if the student is familiar with:
- JScript language
- Object oriented programming terminology (objects, properties, methods, inheritance, etc)
- Databases (helpful but not required)

To register for training, you must already have an account on the Click site. If you do not have an account, please contact a Huron training representative to get one. After you get an account, you must log in to register for training. If the registration button is not available, try logging into the site.

- Cancellations received 14 days prior to the event start date will not be invoiced. Cancellations should be emailed to education@clickcommerce.com. Failure to cancel according to policy will result in payment due for the full training fee.
- The deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 14 business days before the event. Cancellations received within 14 days of the event start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend the class.
- Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
- Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and class date/name.
